I guess or im sure you have read this short story. it reminds me of something.

there was once a prince who was cast under a spell by wicked witch. The curse was that he could speak only one word of each year if he wanted to. One sunny day he met a beautiful princess. He fell madly inlove! with so much sacrifice, he decided to refrain from speaking for two whole years so that he could look at her and say "my princess." But at the end of the two years he wished to tell her that he loved her.

So he waited again three more years without speaking. But at the end of thesefive years, he realized that he had to ask her to marry him. So he waited for four years in total silence. Finally, the ninth year without saying a word ended. 

He was overwhelmed with joy. He took his lovely princess to the most romantic place in the kingdom. He gave her a bouquet of a hundred red roses, knely before her, and took her hand and huskly said, "My princess, I love you! Will you marry me?" And the princess tucked a strand of hair behind a pretty ear, opened her sapphire eyes in wonder, and parting her red lips, said: "Pardon?"

Comment:
Communication isnt just about saying the right thing. It involves a lot of listening, too. It's different from merely hearing him or her out. It means being interested about learning more about what the  person is making an effort to tell you.

All my life i live with food that are rich in cholesterols, carbo... I then began to examine my eating habits. I loved cake, cookies and chocolate. Last year, i finally woke up - i hit the oval at CCSC. It was a long hard struggle but after a while, my body adjusted to the new routine. I"m not saying that I no longer eat ice cream cake or chocolate. What Im saying is that I recognize that I can't do this everyday - oh no, not anymore. If we dont care about ourselves - please think about your family. Illness is not only devastating and burdensome it is also EXPENSIVE. Live healthy and oh! spread the word.

A busy night in my school suddenly the lights go out. Everybody in schools shouted as if they will be killed. :) my teacher told our class to continue working with our experiment.

When schools generator flickers back my classmate told me why everyone shouts during brownouts when else are happy of not having class, others think too harsh as if they would ask my classmate to kiss him. LOL. Will this season of brownout leave a lasting impression on the state of humor? and how about the stuff store in out fridge? *sigh*
